General Shipping Rules
We work with the most reliable international carriers to ensure your premium water sports equipment and accessories arrive safely. Our main shipping partners include DPD, DHL, UPS, InPost (for Poland), FedEx (mostly for non-EU destinations), and Spring (PostNL). Every shipment includes full tracking and delivery confirmation.
To optimize delivery, shipping methods and fees are assigned based on item size and type:
- SUP Boards, eSUP Boards, and eFoils: We offer Free Shipping for all large equipment deliveries within the European Union (EU), with the explicit exception of Cyprus. For non-EU destinations, shipping fees apply.
- Small Accessories (Leashes, fins, small spare parts, etc.): Shipping for small items and accessories is always paid. At checkout, you can choose between an economical postal network (Spring PostNL) or upgrade to a fast express courier service (DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx).
Order Dispatch and Cut-Off Times
For standard courier shipments within the EU (DPD, DHL, UPS, InPost), we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours on business days. To have your order shipped on the same day, please complete your purchase before our daily carrier cut-off times (all times are based on the Polish timezone – CET / CEST):
- UPS: 11:00
- DHL: 12:00
- InPost (Poland): 14:00
- DPD: 16:00
Orders placed after these hours, during weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping Times and Delivery
The exact shipping cost and estimated transit time for your specific location are always calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your payment.
- Within the European Union (EU): Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days for standard courier shipments. For small accessories shipped via the economical Spring (PostNL) network, delivery may take between 3 to 10 business days (processing time for Spring shipments is 2 to 3 business days).
- Outside the European Union: Shipments to non-EU European countries (e.g., United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway), Cyprus, and Monaco are handled via FedEx / standard couriers or Spring (PostNL) for small items. Due to customs documentation and export clearance procedures, the handling and processing time for all non-EU orders (as well as all Spring PostNL shipments) is 2 to 3 business days.
Important for Non-EU Orders (Customs and VAT)
All international shipments outside the EU are sent on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means that prices shown at checkout do not include local VAT, customs duties, or import clearance fees of your country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the courier (FedEx / UPS / DHL / Spring PostNL) or your local customs office before or upon delivery.
Shipping Hazardous Materials (Lithium Batteries)
Please note that eSUP boards and eFoils contain high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, which are classified as Dangerous Goods (UN3481) under international transport regulations. Due to strict safety requirements, battery shipping is subject to specialized routing and cannot be sent via postal networks like Spring (PostNL). This may occasionally lead to minor transit delays or require a specific carrier change, independent of our standard shipping times.
