These Terms define the rules for shopping in our store. By placing an order, you agree to these rules. In matters not covered here, Polish law applies.

Prices and Payments

The main currency of our store is Polish Zloty (PLN). However, for your convenience, prices are automatically displayed and charged in your local currency based on your location.

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfers, online payments, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrencies.

Fulfillment and Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours (on business days) from the moment the payment is cleared.

Free shipping applies exclusively to standard deliveries within the European Union (EU) for large premium equipment (SUP, eSUP, eFoils), with the explicit exception of Cyprus, Monaco, as well as Spanish and Portuguese islands and autonomous regions. Shipping for small items and accessories is always paid.

Shipping to destinations outside the EU (e.g., United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway), as well as to Cyprus, Monaco, and the aforementioned island/autonomous regions, is subject to additional delivery fees. The exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time are always displayed directly at checkout when selecting your shipping method.

Important for Non-EU Orders (DAP): Prices displayed at checkout do not include local VAT, customs duties, or import fees. All such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to the courier or local customs authority upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product within 30 days without giving any reason. To start a return, please log into your customer account on our website, navigate to your Order History, and select the return option. Alternatively, you can notify us at info@ridethewater.eu. Detailed instructions can be found in our Refund Policy.

The product must be returned to our correspondence address after the return request has been submitted and approved in the system, and the customer covers the regular cost of return shipping.

Failed Delivery and Unclaimed Packages

Please note: Placing an order obligates the buyer to collect the shipment. If a package (both within the EU and international) is returned to our warehouse because it was unclaimed, refused without a valid withdrawal notification, or undeliverable due to incorrect customer data, it constitutes a breach of the sales contract.

In such cases, the customer is legally required to compensate the Store for the resulting direct damages. The customer will be billed for the actual costs incurred by the Store, which include the original delivery, return shipping fees charged by the carrier, and any associated courier administrative/handling fees.

If you already know that there might be an issue with collecting your package, please contact us ASAP at info@ridethewater.eu. Within our operational capabilities, we will always do our best to cooperate with the carrier to adjust the delivery or hold the package to prevent it from being automatically returned.

Complaints

If the product is damaged or non-compliant, you have the right to file a complaint. Please send your complaint description and photos to info@ridethewater.eu. We process all complaints within 14 days.
